ABOUT ME LUCINDA EARL:

Now, a mum of three, I grew up in Somerset surrounded by nature and good food. My mother was Cordon Bleu trained and her love of food was catching! I trained at a cookery school in Frome, under the very talented Louise Hutton who later, invited me to join her teaching team at “Food of Course” also here in Somerset. I have always been incredibly passionate about flavour and beautiful presentation in the food I produce. These two elements feature often in my tailored courses which I can’t wait to share with you.

WHAT I CAN OFFER:

At “Cook At The Grange” I tailor a three day (non-residential) course, working with you on content, in a relaxed environment at my home, for a maximum of three people.

I believe in teaching using a ‘hands on’ approach so that you can gain the maximum experience with the ingredients and confidently go on to cook with newfound flair, for your family, host a dinner party with a difference or simply produce a delicious mid-week meal for friends.

From my experience in teaching, a lack of confidence/culinary faith is often the barrier to attempt something different. I will give you the personal attention you need to enhance a simple and varied repertoire of flavoursome recipes, which you can produce at home with confidence and love.

£100 per day / head
All ingredients included and your own deliciously made lunch.
Non-residential and based in Somerset.
